The Viper Max Nano 820 hood is constructed using six composite fabric panels including the crown, face opening, front and back bib, head surround panel, and front neck panel. The hood incorporates a bound hem and elastic face opening designed for secure fit and ease of donning and doffing. All stitching meets Federal Standard 751 specifications, with reinforced seams for durability.

Each hood is labeled in accordance with NFPA requirements, including material content, UL certification, and date of manufacture. The hood features a solid black inner and outer knit with contrast orange stitching and a centered Veridian emblem on the front bib.
